BiH is a State Party to 16 international conventions which are guaranteed by the Constitution of BiH, and the list of which can be found in the addendum of Annex 6 of the Constitution. European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and the Protocols (including Protocol 12) - CoE - is above all BiH laws.
