LAW ON GENDER EQUALITY IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

I. - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1
This Law governs, promotes and protects the equal treatment of the sexes and guarantees equality of opportunity for all in both the public and the private domain, and prohibits direct and indirect discrimination on the grounds of sex.
